Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on
the 10th day of May, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon there-
after as the matter may be heard at the City Hall, 6301
Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider an Ordinance Amend-
ing Chapter 35 of the City Code of Ordinances Regarding
Side Yard Setback Requirements and the Height of Ac-
cessory Structures.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 95 OF THE
CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING SIDE
YARD SETBACK REQUIREMENTS AND THE
HEIGHT OF ACCESSORY STRUCTURES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CEN-
TER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Code of Ordinances
of the City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the
following manner:
Section 35 -40 TABLE OF MINIMUM DIShtCT RE-
QUIREMENTS. Every use of land within the City of'Brook-
lyn Center shall conform to the Celbwing minimum re-
quirements whiahare applicable to the Land Use District
in which such use is contemplated.

Section 35 -530. BUILDINGS IN R1 AND R2 DIS-
