AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 95 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING SIDE YARD SETBACK REQUIREMENTS AND THE HEIGHT OF ACCESSORY STRUCTURES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CEN- TER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Code of Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the following manner: Section 35 -40 TABLE OF MINIMUM DIShtCT RE- QUIREMENTS.
