Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on
the 12th day of December, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon
thereafter as the matter may be heard at the City Hall,
6301 Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider an Ordinance
Amending Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances regarding
the zoning classification of certain land (easterly of Brook-
lyn Boulevard between 1 -94 and 69th Avenue North).

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE
CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND (EASTERLY
OF BROOKLYN BOULEVARD BETWEEN 1 -94 AND
69TH AVENUE NORTH)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CEN-
TER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the
City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the follow-
ing manner:
Sectio 3 5 -1190. COMMERCE DISTRICT (C2). The
following properties are hereby established as being with-
in the (C2) Commerce District zoning classification:

Section 35-1240. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT (PUD). The following properties are hereby es-
tablished as being within a (PUD) Planned Unit Develop-
ment zoning classification:

Section 2. This ordinance shalt become effective after
