ORDINANCE No. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2004-13 REGARDING COUNCIL SALARIES FOR 2007-2008 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CEN- TER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. City of Brooklyn Center Ordinance Nn- 2004-13, which amended the amount of the annual salaries to be paid to the Mayor and Council Members to become effective January 1, 2005, IS hereby amended. Section 2. Effective January 1, 2007, the annual salary for Mayor shall be $10,732 and the annual salary for Counbil Members shall be $8,217. Section 3, Effective January 1, 2008, the annual salary for Mayor shall be $10,947 and the annuatary for Council Members shall be $8,381. Section 4. This ordinance shall be effective after adoption and thirty days following its legal pion. Adopted this day of 2006.
