AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE
,CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND (TO BE AD-
DRESSED 6300 EARLE BROWN DRIVE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CEN-
TER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the
City of Brooldyn Center is hereby amended in the follow-
ing manner:
Section 35-1180. Sernce/Oflice District (C1 -A). The
following properties are hereby established as being with-
in
Ole (C1 -A) Service Zoning classification:
Letr1 -end Lot 2, Block 1, Brooklyn Farm Plat
Senn 35- 1240. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT (PUD)- The fallowing properties are hereby es-
tablished as being within a (PUD) Planned Unit Develop
ment zoning motion:
