Richard Hendrickson, being duly sworn on an oath states or affirms, that he is the Chief Fi-
nancial Officer of the newspaper known as Sun -Post and
has full knowledge of the facts stated below:
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constituting qualification as a
qualified newspaper, as provided by Minn. Stat. §331A.02, §331A.07, and other applic-
able laws, as amended.
(B) The printed public notice that is attached was published in the newspaper once each
week, for one successive week(s); it was first published on Thursday, the 24 day
of March 2005, and was thereafter printed and published on every Thursday
to and including Thursday, the day of 2005; and printed below is
a copy of the lower case alphabet from A to Z, both inclusive, which is hereby acknowl-

Notice of Ordinance Adoption
ORDINANCE NO 2005 -02
AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DRAIN-
AGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN LANG
ADDITION REPLAT OF BLOCK 2 LANG ADDI-
TION AND CENTER BROOK ADDITION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Drainage and utility easements as •e-
scribed in Subsections 11 1.2 and 1.3 are hereby vacated.
Subsection 1.1: That part of the 6.00 foot wide utility
and drainage easement as dedicated in Lots 5 and 6,
Block 2, LANG ADDITION, according to the recorded
plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies
easterly of the easterly line of Lot 1, CENTER BROOK
ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof
said Hennepin County.
Subsection 1.2. Those parts of the utility and drainage
easements as dedicated on Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 1
REPLAT OF BLOCK 2 LANG ADDITION, according
to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Min
nesota, which he easterly of the easterly line of Lot 1,
Block 1, CENTER BROOK ADDITION, according to
the recorded plat thereof, said Hennepin County, and
its northerly extension.
Subsection 1.3. Those parts of the 10.00 foot wide
easement for utility and drainage purposes as dedi-
cated along the common line between Lots 2 and 3, and
the 5.00 foot wide easement for utility and drainage
purposes as dedicated along the south line of Lot 3,
Block 1, CENTER BROOK ADDITION, according to
the recorded plat thereof Hennepin County, Minneso-
ta, which lie easterly of a line 5.00 feet easterly of and
parallel with the west lines of said Lots 2 and 3.
Section 2. Notwithstanding the legal description pro
vided above, it is the express intent of the City not to va-
cate any street, utility, drainage or walkway easements
dedicated to the public in the plat of Osseo Schools Willow
Lane Addition or easements per document nos. 934384,
2035836, 3281488, 7239999, and 3946720.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective after adop-
tion and thirty days following its legal publication and
after recording of the final plat for Osseo Schools Willow
Lane Addition with Hennepin County.
Adopted this 14th day of March 2005.
