AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF
THE CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE ZON-
ING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND (TO BE
ADDRESSED 6300 EARLE BROWN DRIVE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the
City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the follow
ing manner:
Section 35 -1180. Service/Office District (C1 -A). The
following properties are bereby established as being with-
in the (C1 -A) Service/Office zoning classification:
bete l and Lot 2, Block 1, Brooklyn Farm Plat
Section 35 -1240. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT The following properties are hereby es-
tablished as being within a )PUD) Planned Unit Develop-
ment zoning classification:
6. The following properties are designated as
PUD /C1 -A (Planned Unit Development/Service /Office
District):
Lot 1. Block 1. Brooklyn Farm Plat
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective after
adoption and upon thirty days following its legal publica-
tion.
