Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be
on the 11th day of April 2005 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon there-
after as the matter may be heard at the City Hall, 6301
Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider an Ordinance Amend-
ing Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances Regarding the Zon-
ing Classification of Certain Land (Northwest Corner of
County Road 10 and Brooklyn Boulevard).

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF
THE CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE ZON-
ING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND
(NORTHWEST CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 10
AND BROOKLYN BOULEVARD)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the
City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the follow-
ing manner
Section 35 -1170. SERVICE/OFFICE DISTRICT (01).
The following properties are hereby established as being
within the (C1) Service/Office District zoning classifica-
tion:
Section35 -1240. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT (PUD). The following properties are hereby es-
tablished as being within a (PUD) Planned Unit Develop-
ment zoning classification:
