6301 Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider an ordinance
providing for the sale of certain land in the City. Auxliaty

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXEQU-
TION OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR CERTAIN
LAND IN THE CITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
L BACKGROUND
1.1 By deed dated the City acquired real property in
the City legally described as:
The east 192.5 feet of Lot 12, Auditor's Subdivision No.
57, except the east 92.5 feet of the south 420.67 feet
thereof.

12 The conveyance of the Subject Property inch ded
in the description of the Subject Property land that the
transferor did not intend to convey to the City and the City
did not intend to acquire. That part of the Subject Prop-
erty that was inadvertently 4icluded in the description
thereof is described as:

That part of the east 92.5 feet of Lot 12, Auditor's Sub
divisiSn No. 57, lying south of a line parallel to and
420.67 feet north of the north right of way line of Coun-
ty Road 130.

scription and release the Excess Property to its intended

II. SALE OF PROPERTY
2.1 The Mayor and City Manager are authorized and
directed to execute a quit claim deed to the Excess Prop-

III. EFFECTIVE DATE
3.1. This Ordinance shall become effective after adop-
tion and upon thirty (30) days following its legal- publica-
tion.
