THROUGH 19 -310 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDI-

NORS UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN YEARS

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOFIS ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Sectioia 1. Sections 19 -301 through 19 -310 of the
City Code regulating the presence of minors under the age
of eighteen years on public streets and other places be-
tween certain hours, and defining duties of parents and
others in care of minors are hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective after
adoption and thirty days following its legal publication.
Adopted this 25th day of October, 2004.
