BROOKLYN CENTER REGARDING THE MANU-
FACTURING OF BEER, WINE AND DISTILLED
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the
City of Brooklyn Center is hereby antended in the follow-
ing manner:
Section 35 -330. 1-1 INDUSTRIAL PARK
1. Permitted Uses
The following manufacturing activities:
1. Food and kindred products as illustrated
Dairy products
Bakery products
Confectionary and related products
Beverages, including beer. wine and
distilled alcohol [with the exception of
malt or malt liquors]
Macaroni, spaghetti and noodles
Section 35 -331. I -2 GENERAL INDUSTRY.
1. Permitted Uses
a. The following manufacturing activities:
1. Food and kindred products as illustrated
by:
Dairy products
Bakery products
Confectionary and related products
Beverages, including beer, wine and
distilled alcohol [with the exception of
malt or malt liquors]
Macaroni, spaghetti and noodles
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective after
adoption and upon thirty days following its legal publica-
tion.
