AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3 OF THE CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE MINNESO- TA STATE BUILDING CODE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 3 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the following manner: Section 3 -101 A. The following chapters of the Minnesota State Building Code are adopted and incorporated as part of the building code for the City of Brooklyn Center. 13. 1346 Adoption of the Minnesota Mechanical Code. Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective after adoption and upon thirty days following its legal publica- tion. Adopted this day of 2004.
