AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 11 -509, 11 -610, AND 11 -710 OF THE CITY CODE RELAT- ING TO THE LICENSING OF ESTABLISHMENTS FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 11 -509 of the Brooklyn Center City Code is amended as follows: Section 11 -509 PLACES INELIGIBLE FOR LI- CENSE. 1. No license shall be granted, or renewed, for opera- tion on:�] any premises, on which any taxes, assessments, or other financial claims of the City.
