Regarding the Manufacturing of Beer, Wine and Distilled Alcoholic Beverages

ORDINANCE NO. 2004-09
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE CITY ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER REGARDING THE
MANUFACTURING OF BEER, WINE AND DISTILLED ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is
hereby amended in the following manner
Secti 35 -330 I -1 INDUSTRIAL PARK.
1. Permitted Uses
a. The following manufacturing activities:
1. Food and kindred products as illustrated by:
Dairy products
Bakery products
Confectionary and related products
Beverages, inclining beer, wine and distilled alcohol Fv

Section 35 -131 I -2 GENERAL INDUSTRY.

a. The following manufacturing activities:

days following its legal publication.
