Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on
the 22nd day of March, 2004, at 7 p.m. or as soon there-
after as the matter may be heard at the City Hall, 6301
Shingle Creel! Parkway, to consider an ordinance vacating
a portion of utility and drainage easement within the final
plat for Tanami 2nd Addition.

ORDINANCE NO
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF UTIL-
ITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT WITHIN THE FINAL
PLAT FOR TANAMI 2ND ADDITION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A portion of utility and drainage easement
as donated and dedicated on the record plat of TANAMI
ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as
follows:
The westerly five (5) feet of Lot 2, Block 1 and the easter-
ly five (5) feet of Lot 1, Block 1, adjoining said Lot 2 all in
said TANAMI ADDITION; except the northerly ten (10)
feet and southerly five (5) feet thereof.
Section 2. Notwithstanding the legal description pro-
vided above, it is the express intent of the City not to va-
cate any street or utility easements dedicated to the pubs
lic in the plat of TANAMI 2ND ADDITION, as approved by
Resolution No. 2003 -159.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective after adop-
tion and thirty days following its legal publication.
