Brooklyn Center City Code Section 19-401 is amended as follows: Section 19-401. HUNTING[,] AND DISCHARGING OF FIREARMS EXCEPTIONS HUNTING PROHIBITED]. 1. Prohibition. All hunting with firearms and bow and ar- rows and discharging of firearms within the City of Brook- lyn Center is hereby prohibited. [DISCHARGING FIREARMS PROHIBITED. Discharg- ing of firearms within the City of Brooklyn Center is here- by prohibited provided, however, that] 2. Exceptions The provisions of this ordinance shall not apply to: a. members of duly organized gun clubs shooting or prac- ticing on lands owned or Leased by their club and li- censed by the City; or b. [to] trap shooters shooting on grounds selected for that purpose by the City; or c.
