(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constituting qualification as a

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 11 -604
AND 11 -704 OF THE BROOKLYN CENTER CODE
OF ORDINANCES REGARDING APPLICATIONS
FOR INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. City Code Section 11 -604 relating to applica-
tions for on -sale wine licenses is amended as follows:
Section 11, 604. APPLICATIONS FOR LICENSE, Every
application for a license to sell intoxicating liquor shall be
verified and filed with the City Manager's designee. In ad-
dition to the information which may be required by the
state commissioner of public safety's form, the application
shall contain the following:
5. If the applicant is a corporation or other organization
and is applying for an "on -sale wine" license, the following:
d. The application shall contain a list of all officers or di-
rectors of said corporation or association. The anplication
shall also contain a list of all persons, who, singly or to-
gether with their spouse, or a parent, brother, sister, [of] or
child of either of them, own or control an interest in said
corporation or association in excess of 5% together with
their addresses and all information as is required of a sin
gle applicant in Subsection 3 of this Section.
Section 2. City Code Section 11 -704 relating to applica-
tions for on -sale intoxicating liquor licenses is amended as
follows:
Section 11 -704. APPLICATIONS FOR LICENSE. Every
application for a license to sell intoxicating liquor shall be
verified and filed with the City Manager's designee. In ad-
dition to the information which may be required by the
state commissioner of public safety's form, the application
shall contain the following:
