NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION
ORDINANCE NO. 2003-12
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF
THE CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND
(SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SHINGLE CREEK
PARKWAY AND 69TH AVENUE NORTH)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the City of
Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the following man-
ner
Section 35- 1200. INDUSTRIAL PARK DISTRICT (I -1).
The following properties are hereby established as being
within the (I -1) Industrial Park District Zoning classifica-
tion:
Traact° D, II, I, K, n..d L of 1100
Section 35 -1240. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DIS-
TRICT (PUD). The following properties are hereby estab-
lished as being within a (PUD) Planned Unit Development
Zoning Classification:
3. The following properties are designated as PUD/I -1
(Planned Unit Development/Industrial Park):
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective after adop-
tion and upon thirty days following its legal publication.
Adopted this 22nd day of September 2003.
