AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CRAFTER 35 OF
THE CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND
(ESTATES OF RIVERWOOD)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the City
of Brooklyn Center is 'hereby amended in-the following
manner
Section 35 -1170. SERVICE /OFFICE DISTRICT (C1).
The following properties are hereby established as being
within the (C1) Service /Office District zoning classifica-
tions:
Section 35 -1240. PLANNED UNIT DEVEIP}�IT.
DISTRICT (PUD). The following properties are hereby et
tablished within a (PUD) Planned Unit Development zon-
ing classifttatit3
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective after adoption
and thirty days following its legal publication.
Adopted this 27th day of May 2003.
