Chapter 21, Public Transportation, of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is hereby re- pealed in its entirety. Section 2. Chapter 23, General Licensing Regulations, of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is here- by amended by adding the following new sections: AXICABS i Section 23 -701. DEFINITIONS. Transitional Provision. Licenses issued under Chapter 21 for the calendar year 2003 will continue to be valid for the year 2003. No license fees will be returned or prorated: Section 4.
