AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE DISPOSITION OF LAND AT 69TH AVENUE AND SHINGLE CREEK THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Real property owned by the City and legally de- scribed as follows: That part of Lot 2, Block 1, WIRTH ADDITION, embraced within Lot 29, Block 1 EARLE BROWN FARM TOWN HOMES, Hennepin County, Minnesota shall be conveyed to SPM Construction Company," a Min- nesota Corporation (or other grantee as designated by SPM Construction Company) by quit claim deed, in con- sideration for $1.00 and other good and valuable consid- eration. The quit claim deed shall expressly reserve easements of record in favor of the City. This conveyance is not intended to include the City's fee title to that part of Shingle Creek Parkway as dedicated in the plat of WIRTH ADDITION which is embraced within the plat of EARLE BROWN FARM TOWNIIOMES. Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective after adoption and upon thirty (30) days following its legal pub- lication. Adopted this day of 2003.
