Richard Hendrickson, being duly sworn on an oath states or affirms, that he is the Chief

held on the 10th day of November, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. at
City Hall, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider an
amendment to City Code Section 19 -401 relating to hunt-
ing.

Section 19- 401. HUNTING[,1 AND DISCHARGING OF
FIREARMS EXCEPTIONS HUNTING PROHIBITED].
J, Prohibition All hunting with firearms and bow and
arrows and discharging of firearms within the City of
Brooklyn Center is hereby prohibited:
