Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held
on the 27th day of October, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon
thereafter as the matter may be heard at the City Hall,
6301 Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider an Ordinance
Amending Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances regarding
the zoning classification of certain land.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE
CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND (1501 FREE-
WAY BOULEVARD)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the City
of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the following
manner:
Section 35 -1190. COMMERCE DISTRICT (C2). The fol-
lowing properties are hereby established as being within
the (C2) Commerce District zoning classification:

Section 35 -1240. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT (PUD). The following properties are hereby es-
tablished as being within a (PUD) Planned Unit Develop-
ment zoning classification:

Section, 2. This ordinance shall become effective after
adoption and upon thirty days following its legal publica-
