Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held
on the 13th day of October, 2003, at 7 p.m. or as soon
thereafter as the matter may be heard at the City Hall,
6301 Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider an Ordinance
Amending Section 11 -506 Regarding Liquor License In-
vestigation Fees.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11 -506 OF
THE BROOKLYN CENTER CODE OF ORDINANCES
REGARDING CLUB INTOXICATING LIQUOR LI-
CENSE INVESTIGATION FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. City Code Section 11 -506 relating to club in-
toxicating liquor licenses is amended as follows:
Section 11 -506. LICENSE FEES.
Subdivision 7. An investigation shall be made of the ap-
plication -for an "on -sale club" license however no fee
shall be charged for the investigation]. The club shall 1,
however,] notify the City Manager's designee within 30
days of any change of manager or officers of the club and
submit a personal information form on the new individ-
ual(s).
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective after adop-
tion and thirty days following its legal publication.
