Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held
on the 22nd day of September 2003, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon
thereafter as the matter may be heard at the City hall,
6301 Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider an ordinance
amending Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances regarding
the tedescribing property to be rezoned. Auxiliary aids for

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE
CITY ORDINANCTS REGARDING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND (SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF SHINGLE CREEK PARKWAY AND 69TH
AVENUE NORTH)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKL
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the City
of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the following
I manner:
Section 35 -1200. INDUSTRIAL PARK DISTRICT (I -1).
The-following properties are hereby established as tieing
within the (I -1) Industrial Park District Zoning classifica-
tion:

Section 35 -1240. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT (PUD). The following properties are hereby es-
tablished as being within a (PUD) Planned Unit Develop-
ment Zoning Classification:
3. The following properties are designated as PUD/I -1
(Planned Unit Development/Industrial Park):
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective after
adoption and upon thirty days following its legal publica-
tion.
