CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER ORDINANCE NO 2003 -12 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND (SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SHINGLE CREEK PARKWAY AND 69 AVENUE NORTH) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the following manner: Section 35 -1200. INDUSTRIAL PARK DISTRICT (I -1). The following properties are hereby established as being within the (I -1) Industrial Park District Zoning classification: T� -o L. 9 Section 35- 1240. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PUD). The following properties are hereby established as being within a (PUD) Planned Unit Development Zoning Classification: 3. The following properties are designated as PUD/I -1 (Planned Unit Development/Industrial Park): Lots 1 and 7,, Block 1, Wirth Addition Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective after adoption and upon thirty days following its legal publication. Adopted this 22 day of September 2003.
