BROOKLYN CENTER CODE OF ORDINANCES 111
GARDING HOURS OF OPERATION FOR LIQUOR EF.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYI
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. City Code Section 11 -110 relating to 3.2 pei
cent malt liquor licenses is amended as follows:
Section 11 -110 CLOSING HOURS.
Subdivision 1. It shall be unlawful to sell, consume, or pei
mit the consumption of beer in any "on- sale" establist
went on any Sunday between the hours of [1 a.m.] 2 a.n
and 12 noon, or between the hours of 2 a.m. and 8 a.m. o
