Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on
the 28th day of July, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon there-
after as the matter may be heard, at City Hall, 6301 Shin-
gle Creek Parkway to consider an amendment to Chapter
34 relating to sign regulations.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 34-110 AND
34 -140 OF THE BROOKLYN CENTER CODE OF ORDI-
NANCES, RELATING TO SIGN REGULATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. City Code Section 34-110 amended by adding
the following definition:
