AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CITY ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER AND ADOPTING A NEW ORDINANCE RE- GARDING TAXICABS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 21, Public Transportation, of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is hereby re- pealed in its entirety. Section 2.
