AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4, SECTION 4.05, OF THE BROOKLYN CENTER CITY CHARTER THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 4.05 of the Brooklyn Center City Char- ter is hereby amended as follows: Section 4.05. WITHDRAWAL OF CANDIDATE. Any per- son whose name has been presented in the manner pro- vided for in the fdregoing section as a candidate may, no jatz than 5:004).m. two days eleeke€tibeay after the last day for filing, cause such name to be withdrawn from nomination by filing with the City Clerk a request to do so in writing, and no name so withdrawn shall be printed upon the ballot.
