A portion of utility easement Document No. 573712 within RLS No. 803, Tract A is hereby vacated as an easement. The area of utility easement to be vacated is further de- scribed as: That part of storm sewer easement recorded as Document No. 573712 which lies northerly and easterly of the fol- lowing described line: Commencing at the southeast cor- ner of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 803, Files of Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota; thence South 89 degrees 57 minutes 54 seconds West, along the south line of said Tract A, a distance of 270.22 feet; thence North 0 degrees 03 minutes 14 seconds West a distance of 63.17 feet to the point of beginning of line to be described; thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 46 seconds West a dis- tance of 50.00 feet; thence North 0 degrees 03 minutes 14 seconds West to the easterly line of said storm sewer ease- ment and there said line terminates.
