Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held
on the 11th day of 2003, at 7 p.m. or as soon there-
after as the matter may be heard at the City Hall, 6301
Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider an ordinance vacating
certain public street right of way on Shingle Creek Park-
way at 69th Avenue North.

AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF UTILITY
EASEMENT ALONG GARDEN CITY ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL, OSSEO SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 279
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A portion of utility easement Document No.
573712 within RLS No. 803, Tract A is hereby vacated as
an easement.
The area of utility easement to be vacated is further de-
scribed as:
That part of storm sewer easement recorded as Document
No. 573712 which lies northerly and easterly of the fol-
lowing described line: Commencing at the southeast cor-
ner of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 803, Files of
Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota; thence
South 89 degrees 57 minutes 54 seconds West, along the
south line of said Tract A, a distance of 270.22 feet; thence
North 0 degrees 03 minutes 14 seconds West a distance of
63.17 feet to the point of beginning of line to be described;
thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 46 seconds West a dis-
tance of 50.00 feet; thence North 0 degrees 03 minutes 14
seconds West to the easterly line of said storm sewer ease-
ment and there said line terminates.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective after adoption
and thirty days following its legal publication.
