ORDINANCE NO. 2002 -12
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF
THE CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING DEVELOP-
MENT COMPLEX SIGNS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN_
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 34 110 of the City Ordinances of the
City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended by adding the
following new definition:

Section 2. Section 34 -140 of the City Ordinances of the
City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended as follows:

wise allowed by this ordinance. every multiple building de-

Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective after
adoption and upon thirty (30) days following its legal pub
lication.
