knowledge of the facts stated below:
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constituting qualification as a
qualified newspaper, as provided by Minn. Stat. §331A.02, §331A.07, and other applicable
laws, as amended.
(B) The printed public notice that is attached was published in the newspaper once each week,
successive weeks; it was first published on Wednesday, the 17 day of

ORDINANCE NO. 2002-07
AN' ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF
THE CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND
(NE QUADRANT OF 60TH: AND
BROOKLYN BOULEVARD)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER. DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the
City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the follow-
ing manner:
Section 35 -1190, COMMERCE DISTRICT (C2). The
following properties are hereby established as being with-
in the (C2) Commerce District Zoning classification:

Section 35 -1240. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOP-
MENT DISTRICT (PUD). The following properties are
hereby established as being within a (PUD) Planned Unit
Development zoning classification:
4, The following properties are designated as PUD /C2
Planned Unit Development(Commerce):
Lots 1 through 4, Block 1, &lawn
Addition;
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective after
adoption ai}d upon thirty days following its legal publica-
tion.
