THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the following manner: Section 35 -1190. COMMERCE DISTRICT (C2). The following properties are hereby established as being within the (C2) Commerce District zoning classification: ATTEST: CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER ORDINANCE NO. 2002-04 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND (SW CORNER OF 57TH AND LOGAN AVENUES NORTH) Tracts B and C, and-D Registered Land Survey No. 1114. That part of the north 110 feet of Lot 35, Auditor's Subdivision No. 218 lying east of the Lot 1, Block 1, SuperAmerica 5th Addition. the northwest 1/1 of the southeast 1/1 of Section 2. Section 35 -1240. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PUD). The following properties are hereby established as being within a (PUD) Planned Unit Development zoning classification: 4.
