(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constituting qualification as a
qualified newspaper, as provided by Minn. Stat. §331A.02, §331A.07, and other applicable
laws, as amended.
(B) The printed public notice that is attached was published in the newspaper once each week,
for one successive weeks; it was first published on Wednesday, the 17 day of
October 2001, and was thereafter printed and published on every Wednesday to and
including Wednesday, the day of 2001; and printed below is a copy of

ORDINANCE NO. 2001-16
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF
THE CITY ORDINANCES RE.ARDING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND
(NE QUADRANT OF 69TH AND BROOKLYN
BOULEVARD)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF ME CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances'of -the City
of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the following
manner:
Section 35- 1190. COMMERCE DISTRICT (C2). The fol-
lowing properties are hereby established as being within
the (C2) Commerce District zoning classification:
Section 35 1240. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT (PUD). The following properties are hereby es-
tablished as being within a (PUD) Planned Unit Develop
ment zoning classification:
4. The .following properties are designated as PUD /C2
Planned Unit Development/Commerce): +M
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective after adop
tion and upon thirty days following its legal publication.
Adopted this 8th day of October, 2001.
