(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constituting qualification as a

ORDINANCE NO. 2001 -10
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CRAFTER 19 OF
THE CITY ORDINANCES RELATING NG TO
LIMITATIONS ON KEEPING OF ANIMALS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 19 of the City Ordinances of the City
of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended as follows:
Section 19 -104. LIMITATIONS ON KEEPING OF ANI-
MALS. It is hereby declared to be a public nuisance to per-
mit, maintain or harbor any of the following:
1.
More than two (2) does ex
was L-sued prior to April 23.2001. as set forth in Chapter
2.
More than three (3) cats exceeding
six months of age.
Any comb'.ntion of more than five (5) animals ex-
fowling six months of age.
Sections 19-104,3 through 19 -104.5 are renumbered to
Sections 19 -104.4 through 19- 104.6, respectively.
Section This ordinance shall be effective after adoption
and thirty days following its legal publication.
Adopted this 29th day of May, 2001.
