Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on
the 25th day of 2001, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon there-
after as the matter may be heard at the City Hall, 6301
Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider an Ordinance Amend-
ing Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances -regarding the zon-
ing classification of certain land.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE
CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND (NE
QUADRANT OF 69TH AND BROOKLYN BOULEVARD)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the City of
Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the following manner:
Section 35 -1190. COMMERCE DISTRICT (C2). The fol-
lowing properties are hereby established as being within
the (C2) Commerce District zoning classification:
