AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE
CITY ORDINANCES RELATING TO LIMITATIONS
ON KEEPING OF ANIMALS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 19 of the City Ordinances of the City
of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended as follows:
Section 19 -104. LIMITATIONS ON KEEPING OF ANI-
MALS. It is hereby declared to be a public nuisance to per
mit, maintain or harbor any of the following.

More than two (2) dogs ex-
ceeding six months of age unless a private kennel license
was issued prior to Anril 23.2001. as set forth in Chapter
101 I

Sections 19- 104.3 through 19 -104.5 are renumbered to

Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective after adoption
and thirty days following its legal publication.
