ORDINANCE NO. 2001-05 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PENALTY SECTIONS OF THE CITY ORDINANCES OF BROOKLYN CENTER TO REFLECT THE CHANGES IN MINNESOTA STATUTES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Pursuant to Laws of Minnesota 2000, Chapter 488, Article 5, Section 8, the following numbered City Ordinances which prescribe a maximum fine of $700 or imprisonment for 90 days, or both, together with the costs of prosecution for an ordinance violation are hereby amended to prescribe a maximum fine of $1,000 or imprisonment for 90 days, or both, together with the costs of prosecution.
