Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on
the 26th day of February, 2001, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon
thereafter as the matter may be heard at the City Hall,
6301 Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider an Ordinance
Amending Chapter 12 of the City Ordinances Regarding
Compliance Order:

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 12 OF 11-1E
CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING LICENSING OF
RENTAL UNITS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 12 of the City Ordinances of the City
of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the following
manner:
Section 12 -903. OWNER OR AGENT TO APPLY. License
application or renewal shall be madeby the owner of rental
units or his legally constituted agent. Application forms
may be acquired from and subsequently filed with the com-
pliance official. The applicant shall supply:
1 INNeate First, middle (if any) and last name, address,
date of birth. and telephone number of dwelling owner,
owning partners if a partnership, corporate officers if cor-
poration.
Section 2. This ordinsnce shall become effective after
adoption and upon thirty days following its legal publica-
tion.
