Chapter 12 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the following manner: Section 12 -903. OWNER OR AGENT TO APPLY. License application or renewal shall be madeby the owner of rental units or his legally constituted agent. Application forms may be acquired from and subsequently filed with the com- pliance official. The applicant shall supply: 1 INNeate First, middle (if any) and last name, address, date of birth. and telephone number of dwelling owner, owning partners if a partnership, corporate officers if cor- poration. Section 2. This ordinsnce shall become effective after adoption and upon thirty days following its legal publica- tion.
