AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN UTILITY
EASEMENTS IN BROOKLYN 55 ADDITION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. utility easements described as: The north 30
feet of the south 150 feet of that part of Lot 57, AUDITORS
SUBDIVISION NO. 216, lying east of the west 150 feet
thereof; and also shown on the -original plat of TOY S R US
are hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective after adoption
and thirty days following its legal publication.
