LICENSE REQUIRED. Section 23 -2103. APPLICATION FOR LICENSE. Section 23 -2104. LICENSE FEE. B. At the time of application for an operator's license ee eeade?edieease the applicant shall pay in full an investi- gation fee as set forth by City Council resolution. If at any time an additional is required because of a of ownership or control of a corporation or part- nership previously eensed; the licensee shall pay in fall' an additional investigation fee as set forth by City Coun- cil resolution.
