OF BROOKLYN CENTER NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION ORDINANCE NO. 99-13 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE ZON- ING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND (BROOKDALE) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the following manner: Section 35- 1190. COMMERCE DISTRICT (C -2). The fol- lowing properties are hereby established as being within the (C -2) Commerce District zoning classification: That area bounded by the following: County Road No. 10 on the north; Xerxes Avenue on the east. State Highway No. 100 on the south; $ieie County Highway No. 152 (Brooklyn Boulevard) on the west. Tract A. Registered Land Survey No. 1151. Section 35 -1240. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PUD).
