Frank Chilinski, being duly sworn on an oath states or affirms, that he is the publisher of the
newspaper known as Sun -Post or the president's designated
agent, and has full knowledge of the facts stated below:
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constituting qualification as a
qualified newspaper, as provided by Minn. Stat. §331A.02, §331A.07, and other applicable
laws, as amended.
(B) The printed public notice that is attached was published in the newspaper once each week,
for one successive weeks; it was first published on Wednesday, the 20 day of
January 1999, and was thereafter printed and published on every Wednesday to and
including Wednesday, the day of 1999; and printed below is a copy of
the lower case alphabet from A to Z, both inclusive, which is hereby acknowledged as being

ORDINANCE NO. 99-06
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF
THE CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND
(5001 DREW AVENUE NORTH).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, Chapter 35 of the City. Ordinances of the
City of Brooklyn Center is Hereby Amended in the Follow
ing Manner:
Section 35 -1170. SERVICE/OFFICE DISTRICT (C1).
The following properties are hereby established as being
within the (C1) Service/Office District zoning classifica-
tion:
The west 135 feet of the ea4 165 feet of the north 150
feet of the south 183 feet of the northwest 1/4 of the
southwest 1/4 of the northe st 1/4 of Section 10.
Section 35 -1190. COMMERCE DISTRICT (C2). The
following properties are hereby established as being with-
in the (C2) Commerce zoning classification:
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective after
adoption and upon thirty days following its legal publica-
tion.
