Frank Chilinski, being duly sworn on an oath states or affirms, that he is the publisher of the
newspaper known as Sun -Post or the president's designated
agent, and has full knowledge of the facts stated below:
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constituting qualification as a
qualified newspaper, as provided by Minn. Stat. §331A.02, §331A.07, and other applicable
laws, as amended.
(B) The printed public notice that is attached was published in the newspaper once each week,

I ORDINANCE NO 99 -03
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7 OF
THE CITY ORDINANCES RELATING TO
STORAGE OF REFUSE CONTAINERS
THE CITY COUNCIf OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Brooklyn Center City Code Section 7 -102 is
amended as follows;
Section 7 -102: REFUSE STORAGE AND DISPOSAL.
Subdivision 4. Placing of Containers: Tlte-centoinero

Containers must be

in a garage located on the premises, except as may be rea-
sonable and immediately necessary for collection. In no F
event may containers be placed or maintained in a way
that unreasonably interferes with the use of adjoining
property. Containers kept outside must be placed in a
manner that does not permit entry of or harborage for an-
imals, insects or other vermin, or permit the container to
be tipped over. Containers must be maintained in a rea-
sonable clean condition at all times.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective after
adoption and upon thirty days following its legal publica-
tion:
