AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE
CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE ZONING CLAS-
SIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND (BROOKDALE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter35 of the City Ordinances of the
City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the follow-
ing manner:
Section 35 -1190. COMMERCE DISTRRICT (C-2). The
following properties are hereby established as being with-
in the (C -2) Commerce District zoning classification:
That area bounded by the following: County Road No.
10 on the north; Xerxes Avenue on the east State
Highway No. 100 on the south; StAtoo County Highway
No. 152 (Brooklyn Boulevard) on the west.
