Notice is hereby.given that a public Bearing will be held on
the llth day of January, 1999, a0:00 p.m. or as soon there-
after as the matter may be heard at the City Hall, 6301
Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider an amendment to
Chapter 3 of the Brooklyn Center Code of Ordinances re-
garding the Minnesota State Building Code.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3 OF THE
CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE MINNESOTA
STATE BUILDING CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER. DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 3 -101
Section 3 -101 of the City Ordinance of the City of
Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the following man-
ner:
A. The following chapter of the 4884 Minnesota State
Building Code are adopted and incorporated as part of the
building code for the City of Brooklyn Center:

incorporated as part of the building code for the City of
Center.

4. 31, Division II, Membrane Structures
5. 33, Excavation and Grading
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective after adop-
tion
and thirty days following its legal publication.
