ORDINANCE NO. 99 06 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND (5001 DREW AVENUE NORTH). THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is Hereby Amended in the Following Manner: Section 35 -1170. SERVICE /OFFICE DISTRICT (C1). The following properties are hereby established as being within the (C1) Service /Office District zoning classification: The west 135 feet of the east 165 feet of the north 150 feet of the south 183 feet of the northwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 10. Section 35 -1190. COMMERCE DISTRICT (C2). The following properties are hereby established as being within the (C2) Commerce zoning classification: ATTEST: Section 2.
