Section 2. Chapter 12 of the City Ordinances of the

Section 3. Chapter 13 of the City Ordinances of the
City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended as follows:

Section 4. Chapter 23 of the City Ordinances of the
City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended as follows:
Section ?R-A07, LICENSE REQUIRED. No peraon
shall conduct orpermit public dancing in any public eatab-
lishment within which intoxicating liquor or weaiwiexieeF
3xg 3.2 ern cent malt liquor ia licensed to be sold or con-
sumec! unlesa a public dance licenae shall have been issued
by the City Council. Licenaea ahall be isaued for one (1)
yeaz perioda expiring December 31. The annual fee for a
publie dance license shall be as set forth by City Council
resolution.

B. Licensed amuaement devices ahall be allowed to be
located as secondtuy or incidental uses in the following
commercial establishments:

liquor licenae, an on-sale wine license or an on-sale elubJi-
cense.
Section 5. This ordinance ahall be effective after adop-
tion and thirty days following its legal publicatioa
