The 52,000-square-foot facility is situated in the third addition of Ryan-owned 610 Business Park in Brooklyn Park, and houses both the offices and manufacturing space for the growing company. A GRACIOUS, APPEAUNG AND EFFICIENT DESIGN A two-story curved reflective glass exterior curtain wall clads the office portion of the building and marks the building's main entrance. The curved glass faade ends at two large rusticated masonry "shoulders." The masonry detail steps down along the building sides, exposing sandstone aggregate precast concrete wall panels with punched clerestory window openings that flood the manufacturing space with natural light. The entrance plaza and landscaping enhance the building's features while leading the customer to the main entrance. The interior design of the building changed several times throughout the process. The layout plan for the company's manufacturing equipment was critical. The layout was constantly revised to allow for optimal efficiency.
