EARLE BROWN DAYS COMMITTEE
Meeting Minutes
April 27, 1987
N.S.P. Office
Those Present: SLUPSKE, DORFF, BARONE, LACROSSE, COHEN, ALFORD,
QUENROE, and VREELAND.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Minutes were approved with the following
corrections:
Jerry Kaufman to Jerry Coughlin
Parade is covered under: insurance
FINANCIAL STATEMENT: $15,053.68 in savings.

ADMINISTRATIVE PERMIT: The City Council passed a resolution declaring
Earle Brown Days as a community event and -3p one administrative permit
V±I -be needed to cover ate' event k. Sign permits and food licences are
seperate. i1
SLUPSKE REPORT: Listed on attatched pages. (Thanks Tom!)
PUBLICITY/ TABLOID: The Tater Days Tabloid was reviewed and the ad
rates/time frame was discussed. QUENROE will meet with the Post on
getting this together.
AMBASSADORS: Cohen reported that the Ambassadors will kickoff their drive
on May 7, 7:30 a.m., Ramada. Letters will be sent to Ambassadors April
28, 1987. Motion by DORFF, second by ALFORD, to accept Ambassador
budget for 1987, passed. A listing of sponsorships available will be
handed out at next meeting.
PARK AND RECREATION: Everything going as scheduled. They will sell
buttons at each of their events.
BUTTON SALES: Buttons were distributed to those
distributed with in the next couple weeks for sales.
will be selling then at Community Center.
